Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Consultant located in Indianapolis, IN. The Leasing Consultant will assist prospective and current residents, guide them through the leasing process, and ensure superior customer service. Daily tasks include managing lease administration, conducting property tours, addressing resident inquiries, and promoting resident retention through effective communication and relationship-building. The role requires a strong focus on customer engagement to maintain occupancy and satisfaction within the community.

Qualifications

• Experience with Leases and Lease Administration processes
• Skills in Resident Retention and strong Customer Service abilities
• Excellent Communication skills to address resident inquiries and foster positive relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and deliver results
• Proficiency in basic property management tools and software
• Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
