A company is looking for a Diligence Quality Control II (Full-Time).
Key Responsibilities Conduct Quality Control examinations of loan reviews and provide real-time feedback to analysts Ensure regulatory compliance and identify trends in errors for escalation Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and coaching to staff on underwriting and compliance matters
Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in mortgage underwriting and quality control Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, underwriting guidelines, and condition clearing processes
Experience with second-level reviews and performance management Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with mortgage due diligence software preferred
