We are seeking an early‑career Scientist or Engineer with pharmaceutical GMP experience to support product complaint investigations for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Indianapolis. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of industry experience looking to grow within a strong Quality organization.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough complaint investigations to determine root cause, assess product impact, and identify necessary corrective actions.
- Collaborate with QA, manufacturing, and engineering teams to collect data and support investigation documentation.
- Use structured problem‑solving tools or other root cause analysis methodologies.
- Document investigation results in the complaint handling system in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support trending and reporting of complaint data.
- Help drive continuous improvement based on complaint insights and recurrence trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- 1–2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Experience working in a GMP‑regulated environment.
- Prior experience with complaint handling or quality investigations is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with complaint management systems is a plus.
