the quality coordinator supports the company’s打印质量管理体系 (qms) by maintaining documentation, monitoring compliance, and coordinating quality‑related activities across departments. This role helps ensure products, processes, and services meet internal standards as well as customer and regulatory requirements.
key responsibilities- maintain and update quality documentation including sops, work instructions, forms, and trainingтеген materials.
- support internal audits by preparing schedules, gathering documentation, and assisting auditors.
- monitor nonconforming material reports (ncrs), corrective actions (capas), and follow‑up activities to ensure timely closure.
- coordinate supplier quality issues and work with the procurement team to gather data or documentation as needed.
- assist in root cause analysis and problem‑solving sessions.
- track quality metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for leadership.
- support training initiatives related to quality processes and procedures.
- ensure compliance with iso standards or other industry‑specific quality requirements.
- participate in continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- serve as a liaison between production, engineering, operations, and quality leadership.
- associate degree or equivalent relevant experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, or related areas.
- iso insurer 9001:2015 expertise.
- internal auditing skills – planning, conducting reporting and following up on audits; familiarity with audit checklists and sampling.
- document control & compliance: managing procedures, work instructions, records, and revision control.
- corrective/preventive actions (capa): root cause analysis, 8d, and effectiveness verification.
- communication & diplomacy: ability to interview auditees, translations findings, and influence without authority.
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- strong written and verbal communication skills.
- travel‑able to other midwest locations six times a year.
- iso 9001 internal auditor certification (lead auditor is a strong plus for supplier audits olduğunu).
familiarity with risk assessment tools (fmea, swot) and process kpis.
- ppap experience: ability to review and support production part approval process documentation and submissions.
- food/bev: gmp, haccp.
- medical: iso 13485, fda 21 cfr 820.
