• Conducting routine and non-routine tests on cement samples to ensure quality standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of test results, reporting any deviations, and adjusting quality parameters to meet the QC targets.
• Calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborating with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations in the lab.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills to report findings and collaborate with team members.

• Laboratory setting with exposure to cement and other materials.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Collaborative and dynamic team environment.
