Insituform Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager.

Insituform Technologies, LLC, a subsidiary of Azuria Corporation, is a leading worldwide provider of highly specialized cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and other technologies and services for the rehabilitation of pipeline systems. Responsibilities:
* ** Quality Strategy & Leadership**  + Develop and execute quality management strategies aligned with company goals.  + Lead cross-functional teams in quality initiatives and process improvements.  + Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters with customers and regulatory bodies.  + Support the advancement of business excellence initiatives, including support of corporation-wide ISO compliance and the deployment of targeted tools and practices.  

Collect, organize, monitor, and distribute information related to process management and improvement functions, including documentation of quality management standards.
* ** Quality Assurance & Control**  + Oversee inspection, testing, and auditing procedures to ensure compliance with standards (ISO, FDA, etc.).  + Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when necessary.  + Manage internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up.  + Provide advance quality planning support in the development and launch of new products, processes, and services and the evaluation and selection of new technologies, suppliers, and product-related services
* ** Process Improvement**  + Identify areas for improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.  + Lead root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to reduce defects and non-conformances.  + Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to optimize quality processes.  + Study, investigate, and recommend new technologies, methods, tools, and procedures in the areas of process improvement, defect and waste elimination, change management, and operational excellence.
* ** Documentation & Compliance**  + Maintain and update quality manuals, SOPs, and documentation systems.  + Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.  + Perform internal and external (supplier) product, process, and quality system audits.  Report findings and corrective action requirements and conduct follow-up to ensure appropriate responses and follow-through.  + Stay current with changes in standards and regulatory expectations.
* ** Team Development & Mentorship**  + Supervise and mentor quality assurance staff.  + Provide training and development opportunities to build a high-performing quality team.  + Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
* 8+ years of experience in quality management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, or other relevant standards.
* Lean Manufacturing (Toyota Manufacturing Systems)
* Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) is highly desirable.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
** Preferred Skills
*** Experience in regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, automotive, medical devices).
* Proficiency in quality software and data analysis tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
