Skills & Experience:

• Deep experience with 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, DMAIC
• Hands‑on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Leading or participating in internal and supplier audits
• Working knowledge of AIAG core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
• Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, statistical functions)
• Minitab or similar tools
• SPC, capability studies, DPMO tracking

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for customers and freight forwarders for reporting of quality issues.
• Track and publish DPMO (Defects Per Million Opportunities) reports for shipping accuracy and quality defects.
• Manage the Quality Scorecard for the distribution center.
• Ensure the 3PL partner’s accountability by driving problem solving, corrective actions for repeat and high‑risk quality spills.
• Collaborate with 3PL partner on continuous improvement initiatives to reduce customer-facing quality issues.
• Co‑ordinate between Central Customer Quality, onsite client and 3PL teams in resolution of customer complaints containment activities.
• Collaborate with onsite supplier quality team for supplier quality spills reported by customers.
