Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility and equipment running at their best. In this role, you’ll work on everything from machinery repairs and installations to welding, fabrication, and seasonal tasks like snow removal. Every day will bring variety—and your skills will make a real impact on our team’s success.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install plant and office machinery.
• Read and follow blueprints, manuals, and technical instructions.
• Perform welding, operate cranes and hi-los (with licenses), and handle minor industrial electrical work.
• Take on facility repairs, metal fabrication, and piping/plumbing installation.
• Follow safety protocols including lockout/tagout and confined space procedures.
• Work independently while staying safe, efficient, and detail-focused.

• Journeyman’s card or 3–5 years of skilled maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Solid mechanical, welding, and fabrication skills.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, drive trains, and rigging is a plus.
• Comfort using Windows-based computer systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of your shift.
