Professional Window Cleaner - Multi

M&V Pro Services is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and friendly individual that pays attention to details. Scope of work will range involve cleaning glass for both commercial and residential locations from 1-to-3 stories. Work will require use of ladder, balance, and occasional machinery operation and lifting between 30-60 lbs. Reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license necessary to be considered for employment.

Essential Functions

Cleaning and drying windows.

Prior experience with lifts, scaffolding, window cleaning, chemical safety and maintenance is required.

Must be comfortable working at heights.

Experience using brushes, sponges, squeegees, and cleaning supplies.

Use of ladders, cradles, and lifts to complete job requirements.

Maintain positive client relations by displaying professionalism.

Use timekeeping system, keys, and security codes.

Restock and report any needed supplies and equipment repairs to the supervisor, along with any potential hazards.

Complete non-routine/emergency cleaning as specified by work orders.

Requirements:

Must be over 18 years of age.

good sense of balance and manual and physical dexterity.

Availability to work assigned hours and the ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision

Precision and attention to detail.

MUST possess valid drivers license, to ensure the ability to travel independently to respective job sites and drive company vehicles.

The nature of the work is physical, requires uninhibited manual dexterity, lifting, bending, twisting, pushing

and pulling 25 pounds repeatedly and up to 60 pounds (occasionally).

Work performed atop ladders, cradles, and lifts; will operate mechanical equipment.

Work is performed outdoors in a variety of conditions, may be exposed to extreme temperatures (0-90) degrees.

Compensation based on relevant skills/experience.
