As a Customer Experience Deputy Manager, you assist the Customer Experience Manager in all actions related to the in-store customer journey.
You understand customer needs, drive your team with energy, and ensure an exceptional service level throughout the store.
You combine leadership, commercial focus, and strong communication skills with a genuine passion for fashion and people.
- Support the Customer Experience Manager in developing the in-store experience and service at every touchpoint.
- Understand customer profiles and adapt the team’s energy to deliver outstanding service.
- Ensure that all interactions meet company standards for excellence.
- Train the store team in Welcome, Approach and Mix & Match techniques.
- Monitor KPIs and plan actions to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Guarantee a warm and personalized customer experience.
- Manage, coach, and develop the CX team alongside the CX Manager.
- Train staff on sales techniques, loyalty building, and service excellence.
- Promote a strong company culture focused on sustainability and diversity & inclusion.
- Lead by example and inspire through action and attitude. identify talents and create development opportunities.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure the team masters Mix & Match strategies.
- Guarantee the team understands key product details (references, colors, fits, fabrics).
- Supervise iPods, Click & Collect, E-ticket and other systems to achieve performance goals.
- Understand special product needs and organize the team to meet customer expectations.
- Manage and organize the team according to store objectives and CX guidelines.
- Analyze customer flow, peak hours, and events to optimize performance.
- Implement strategies to improve assisted selling and fitting room efficiency.
- Manage queues and optimize team deployment to reduce waiting times.
- Oversee cash desks and payment areas to ensure the best customer experience.
