Senior Bioinformatician – Translational & Clinical Development
In this role, you will support translational and clinical development by integrating and interpreting patient‑level omics and clinical data to identify biomarkers, assess mechanisms of action, and inform clinical decision‑making. You will analyze multi‑modal datasets, develop reproducible pipelines, and deliver insights to multidisciplinary teams.
Key Requirements- PhD or Master’s in Bioinformatics/Computational Biology with 5–10 years’ experience
- Strong expertise in patient‑level omics (bulk/single‑cell RNA‑seq, proteomics, epigenomics, spatial data)
- Proficiency in R/Python, HPC, cloud, and containerization
- Understanding of clinical study design, data privacy, and regulatory‑compliant analysis
