The ERP Manager will be responsible to oversee the configuration, maintenance and strategic utilization of our multi‑legislative ERP systems. This hybrid role combines technical administration with business process leadership and will be responsible for managing cross‑functional teams, ensuring system alignment with business goals, and driving efficiency across operations in finance, inventory and manufacturing modules.

• Collaborate with department leaders (finance, operations, manufacturing, sales) to align ERP capabilities with business processes.
• Monitor system upgrades, patches, integrations, and ensure data integrity and system performance.
• Oversee integration with other systems, (e.g., CRM, WMS, BiTools) via web services or middleware.
• Develop and deliver user training and support to ensure effective system usage.
• Ensure high levels of user adoption and system utilization.
• Identify and drive opportunities for automation and process improvement using the ERP system.
• Provide technical support for Sage ERP related to configuration of company structures, accounting models, problem resolution, development.
• Manage and maintain Sage X3 environments including production and testing.
• Oversee management of SAP B1 Hana and Syspro ERP systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information System, or related field.
• Overall 10+ years of experience, 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Sage X3, including system administration and module configuration, with a strong track record of success.
• Proven leadership experience in ERP project management or ERP support team management.
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, manufacturing, project management or supply chain.

• Experience with system integrations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
• Experience with multi‑legislation environments.
• Knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of Sage version 12 and its web‑based architecture.
• Experience with SAP B1 on Hana or Syspro a plus.
