Role Overview

The Senior Treasury Analyst will work with the team to manage the company’s global cash and liquidity position, ensuring optimal utilization of funds and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role will also lead and manage initiatives to enhance treasury technology and streamline processes to drive efficiency and control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash and liquidity management:
    • Oversee daily cash positions across multiple entities and currencies
    • Ensure the company meets its short‑term obligations and operational needs efficiently
    • Implement centralized cash and liquidity management structures to minimize idle cash and borrowing costs, improving overall financial efficiency
    • Collaborate with the team in forecasting future cash flows to enable better planning and optimization of available funds
  • Treasury technology and process optimization:
    • Lead process automation and digitalization initiatives
    • Manage TMS (Coupa) and bookkeeping interface to SAP
    • Support treasury integration in the S4H implementation
    • Drive bank connectivity integration
  • Reporting / Projects:
    • Prepare and present treasury reports and forecasts and provide input in strategic initiatives
    • Lead global and cross‑functional projects to implement long‑term treasury strategy and support business growth
    • Collaborate with business and other functions to support working capital optimisation
    • Provide ad‑hoc support on funding and capital structure, risk management, and trade finance topics
Skills, Experience & Education
  • 6‑10 years of treasury experience, preferably in an in‑house role at a multinational environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or mathematics; professional qualifications such as ACT, CTP, or CFA are an added advantage
  • English is mandatory (strong written and verbal communication skills required); additional language (German or other) is considered an advantage
  • Strong expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, and treasury systems
  • Familiar with payment interfaces (EBICS, SWIFT, etc.) and payment formats (MT, camt)
  • Hands‑on experience with treasury management systems and ERP integration
  • Proven track record in process optimisation and technology implementation
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
