As a Mechanical Fitter
, you’ll play a key role in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of critical equipment, ensuring we continue to deliver the high standards of service our clients rely on. By joining our Ipswich team, you’ll become part of a close-knit group of professionals who are passionate about excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Perform repairs on AC & DC motors with precision and expertise.
• Conduct meticulous repairs on pumps and gearboxes, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Undertake generator repairs and overhauls to meet the highest industry standards.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address client issues effectively.
• Execute duties with meticulous attention to detail

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Possess a solid technical background in electro/mechanical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of condition monitoring is advantageous.
• Completion of overhead crane operating training.
• Possession of a forklift truck licence would be beneficial.
