Sachbearbeiter/in Export (8302 Kloten) 100%
Wir suchen für unsere Kundin in Kloten, ein international tätiges Industrieunternehmen für elektrotechnische Komponente, einen/n Exportsachbearbeiter/in. In dieser Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für folgende Aufgaben:
- Erstellen der Exportpapiere für die Spedition
- Zollpapiere vorbereiten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Speditionen und Kunden
- Termine koordinieren
- Auftragsabwicklung
- Diverse Administration
Wir wenden uns an eine Person mit folgendem Profil:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung
- Exporterfahrung (mindestens 2-3 Jahre)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Alter zwischen 24 Jahren bis 48 Jahren
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
