For over 30 years, Ft. Harrison Veterinarians has been a trusted partner in pet care for the community. We maintain a small clinic feel while offering the advanced diagnostics and services of a larger facility, including:

• Full-body x-ray and new dental x-ray systems.
• New Integra ultrasound and a full suite of Idexx in-house lab equipment (Pro Cyte, two Catalyst units, Sedivue, UA Analyzer, Snap tests).
• New dental unit and a surgical laser

• Paperless records with a cloud-based software system for streamlined operations.

As a Registered
Veterinary Technician
, your duties will include:

• Assisting veterinarians during patient exams, treatments, and surgeries.
• Training and educating Assistants in restraint, appointment flow, and client education.
• Administering medications, vaccinations, and therapeutic treatments.
• Performing diagnostic tests, including radiography, bloodwork, and urinalysis.
• Monitoring anesthesia and providing post-operative care.
• Conducting dental cleanings and using digital dental radiography.
• Educating clients on preventive care, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring a clean, organized clinic environment.
