Associate Veterinarian - Leadership Potential

Small Animal | General Practice

Full Time | Roughly 36 hours/week | Shifts 8–5, rotating Saturdays (8–1).

At Lawrenceburg Veterinary Clinic, we’ve been part of the Lawrenceburg community for decades, known not only for excellent veterinary medicine, but for the deep experience and dedication of our team
. With a combined staff experience of over 200 years, including technicians who have been with us for 25 and 33 years, our foundation is one of stability, compassion, and continuity of care. Our current Veterinarian team consists of 2 incredible associates (one has been with us since his teens, starting as a kennel tech).

We’re seeking a third veterinarian to join us, ideally someone interested in growing into leadership, surgery, and continued skill development. Whether you’re already an experienced leader or an associate ready to grow into a leadership role, you’ll find a clinic where your ideas matter, your schedule is respected, and your growth is encouraged.

• Experienced Team:
  Over 200 years of combined staff experience, with technicians who have been with us for decades.
• Advanced Tools:
  Digital radiology (including dental), ultrasound, orthopedic and surgical equipment, and in-house labs.
• Strong Workflow:
  Four exam rooms, with technicians assigned to specific rooms for efficiency. Four techs + a floater scheduled daily.
• Collaborative Culture:
  Weekly CE meetings, monthly team lunches, and doctors who regularly consult one another on cases.
