Locally-owned Thomas Lawn & Landscape is a service-oriented company based in Indianapolis, providing complete landscape services in Boone, Hamilton, and Marion counties. We take care of residential & commercial properties, specializing in the residential properties. We strive to continually learn and have fun as we work year-round installing & maintaining hardscapes and plantings, landscape lighting and irrigation systems, as well as the seasonal tasks of mowing, fertilizing, mulching, leaf removal, snow removal, tree trimming, and more.

Driver’s License;
Leadership Experience;
Mowing Experience

• Safely and properly operate and maintain commercial mowing equipment, trucks, and trailers
• Train, supervise, and motivate 2-5 crew members
• Effectively resolve job site issues as needed
• Be efficient in time management
• Accurately fill out daily paperwork
• Represent our company in a courteous and professional manner

• Some Saturday hours required in spring (March, April, May, June)
• Work is outdoors in all weather conditions
• Job Duration:
  Year-round (mowing Apr-Nov, other tasks Dec-Mar)
• Must be physically able to perform a variety of tasks
