Relocation incentives available for qualifying candidates. Part and Full‑time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign‑on bonus. This position is referral eligible and currently qualifies for a NEW hourly wage differential in addition to standard shift and holiday differentials. Our dedicated team of nurses and specialists provide compassionate, exceptional care across a spectrum of surgical disciplines, including thoracic surgery, general surgery, otolaryngology, and urology surgeries.

• Thoracic Surgery:
  Esophagectomy, Lung Resection
• General Surgery:
  Whipple Procedure, Distal Pancreatectomy and Splenectomy, Liver Resection, Bowel Resection
• Otolaryngology:
  Glossectomy, Mandibulectomy, Thyroidectomy, Neck Dissection
• Urology Surgeries:
  Cystectomy, Retroperitoneal Lymph Node Dissection

These procedures require expert post‑operative care, and our team is trained and equipped to manage the complexities involved. • Requires an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN);
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Exceptions:
  Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
