Overview

Summary
As an LPN or RN with Hoosier Village, you are responsible for the supervision of all nursing activities during each shift and supervising QMAs and CNAs providing direct care to residents. You will care for residents by performing the following duties:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for admission, transfer, and discharge of residents to and from Hoosier Village.
- Responsible for administering medications and treatment, and maintaining proper charting for the unit, in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and departmental policies and procedures.
- Responsible for assisting in maintaining the Hoosier Village and BHI's facility and nursing care philosophies, through quality nursing.
- Responsible for maintaining a high standard of resident care.
- Responsible for all mandated Hoosier Village, Federal and State annual hours of in-service education.
- Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their family and staff.
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Indiana
