Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner for a full-time, in-person role in Columbus, IN, working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. As an NP, you will assess, diagnose, and manage treatment plans focused on hormone optimization, weight management, and athletic recovery, emphasizing patient education and wellness advocacy.

- Indiana NP license
- Experience in hormone therapy or functional medicine preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
