Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides daily resident care that is person‑centered by customizing care as much as possible based on individualized resident needs and values. The CNA respects each resident’s ability to make their own choices and maintain control over their daily lives.
Responsibilities- Assist with bathing, feeding, passing trays, and making beds.
- Provide ambulation assistance, I & O, weigh patients, and record vital signs.
- Chart all care provided and follow instructions from physicians or licensed nurses per established policies.
- Serve residents in a manner that promotes safety and comfort.
- Operate mechanical lift only if resident is 18 years or older; CNAs under 18 are not permitted to use lift equipment.
Eligible for a $6,000 sign‑on bonus. Medical coverage starts on the first day of employment; all other benefits take effect the 1st of the month following hire date.
Job Details37.5 hours per week – Third Shift, Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Requirements- Valid CNA license in the State of Indiana.
- BLS/CPR certification.
