Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Med/Surg position in Indianapolis, IN, requiring a minimum of 2 years of recent med/surg experience and an active IN or compact RN license.
Responsibilities- Work on a 30-bed Medical 4 South unit in a hospital setting
- Medical/surgical patient population
- Patient ratio of 1:4.5
- Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Every 3rd weekend required
- Floating required
- EMR:
Epic - 12-week contract
- Navy blue scrubs required
- Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are eligible to apply
- EKG testing is required as part of the candidate consideration process; candidates are allowed 2 attempts, and if unsuccessful, may reapply after 30 days
- Active IN or compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent med/surg experience required (3 years preferred)
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number required
