RN Part‑Time Weekends – Bonus Offered

Quality Correctional Care (QCC) is a mission‑driven organization that provides medical, mental health, and addiction‑recovery services to justice‑involved patients. We seek passionate, driven Registered Nurses for part‑time weekend shifts to deliver compassionate, holistic care and promote successful reintegration after release.

Location: LaGrange County Jail, LaGrange, Indiana

Shift: Part‑time, 7 AM–3 PM every other weekend or every weekend, as needed

Pay: $35–$40+/hour (experience based)

Bonus: $4,000 retention bonus – $1,000 paid at 60 days, $1,000 at 6 months, $2,000 at 1 year

• Assess, plan, and deliver comprehensive health care, including:
  • Administering medications
  • Performing medical intakes and determining fitness for incarceration
  • Responding to sick call requests and following up with medical provider
  • Changing dressings as directed
  • Performing 14‑day physicals
  • Managing chronic care
  • Providing patient education on health concerns
  • Responding to medical emergencies (capable of life‑saving measures and providing direction)
• Maintain working knowledge of pharmacology and medication systems
• Provide insight and direction to Medically Trained Personnel as needed
• Comply with all applicable state, federal, and local laws and regulations

• Valid RN licensure
• Valid CPR certification
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to push, pull, reach, and bend frequently
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
