Location: Upland

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join ourteam at IU Health Primary Care-Upland! This clinic provides care for patients throughout Upland, Gas City, and surrounding communities. It also provides care for students who attend the local college, Taylor University. The office has experienced staff with a strong team approach to care.

  • Full-time, Day Shift
    • Flexible Schedule
    • Offering 5-8hr days or 4-10hr days
    • No weekends, no call
  • 100% Outpatient
  • Patient Population:
    All ages. Rural Community. Both acute and chronic conditions
  • Expected patient volume in office: 70/wk
  • Join a team of 2

    Physicians and 2

    APPs along with office support staff
  • Procedures include simple/small office procedures including but not limited to lacerations, I&D, wart and lesion removal, and wedge resections.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree required
  • FNP, ACNP or PA certification required
  • Open to new graduates
  • Experience in either primary care, acute care, or emergency medicine preferred
  • Ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills and is a team player be a team player
