Assistant Director of Nursing Services Opportunity at Rosewalk Village
Candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
The Assistant Director of Nursing Services assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for the provision of resident care according to professional standards of nursing practice. In coordination with the Director of Nursing Services, the ADNS develops, communicates, and maintains nursing policies and procedures that reflect current clinical practice, professional standards, and company and facility philosophy of care consistent with Federal and State laws and corporate policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership to clinical staff and foster a positive work environment.
- Develop, implement, and maintain nursing policies and procedures in alignment with current clinical practice and standards.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services to ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
- Coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff; promote professional growth.
- Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and residents’ families; ensure transparency and timely information flow.
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents and support a compassionate care environment.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
