📍 South Indianapolis, IN | 🕒 Full-Time

  • 4Ă—10-hour shifts
About the Role

We’re hiring a skilled and compassionate Hemodialysis RN to join a leading outpatient dialysis clinic in South Indy. If you’re passionate about patient-centered care, love autonomy, and want to work in a supportive, close-knit team — this is your opportunity to thrive.

You’ll provide chronic hemodialysis treatments, monitor patient progress, collaborate with the healthcare team, and educate patients and families. This isn’t just a clinical role — it’s a place where your voice, skill, and leadership make a direct impact.

What You’ll Do

âś… Deliver safe, effective dialysis care aligned with individual treatment plans

âś… Monitor patients pre, during, and post-treatment, documenting and reporting concerns

âś… Administer meds, manage vascular access, and follow infection control procedures

âś… Partner with physicians and teammates to update care plans

âś… Educate patients and families on treatments, home care, and health maintenance

âś… Support team training, mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives

âś… Maintain accurate records and help uphold a clean, compliant clinic

What You Bring
  • Active RN license in Indiana
  • 6+ months of hemodialysis experience required
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Current CPR certification (American Heart Association)
  • Basic computer proficiency and charting accuracy
  • Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and compassion for diverse patient needs
  • Valid driver’s license if travel between locations is needed
