RN House Supervisor - Inpatient Behavioral Health
Join Community Health Network as an RN House Supervisor at the Behavioral Health Pavilion. Work in an inpatient setting, leading licensed and non‑licensed staff, managing resources, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory statutes, and delegating care to meet outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesThe RN House Supervisor will demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, and performance, the Nurse Practice Act and the mission and goals of the organization. You will demonstrate leadership skills in staffing, patient placement, and operational problem solving. Your major objective is to assure management of resources, monitor compliance with policies and regulations, and deliver quality care to patients.
Qualifications- Bachelor of Nursing degree from an accredited school (National League for Nursing, Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education).
- Two (2) years as an RN with related acute care experience and decision‑making.
- Current RN license with the Health Professions Bureau in Indiana.
- Certification in a relevant specialty or nursing administration preferred.
- ACLS required.
