• Indiana licensed with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
• 1 year of experience required as PMHNP minimum.
• Experienced working with children and adolescents required (5–13+).
• Experienced in both medication management and psychotherapy.
• Full time only (40hrs).
