As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following physician prescriptions and complying with state regulations and agency policies. We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic RN to serve the Warsaw area.

Qualifications include:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Valid nursing license for Indiana
• SN preferred
• At least one year of clinical experience in Med-Surg nursing
• Home Care or Critical Care nursing experience preferred
