• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA Class
• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant recognized by the state of Indiana
• Must maintain certification as required

• Evenings Part-time available
• $1.50 additional per hour for second shift
• $1.50 additional per hour for third shift
• Weekend shifts pay: $1.50 additional per hour
• Weekends and Holidays:
  Must work a rotating schedule
