ResponsibilitiesThe RN will demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission of the Community Health Network.
Responsibilities include:
managing patient care across the continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe, cost‑effective manner; collaborating, delegating, negotiating, and managing resources in a fast‑paced 32‑bed unit with a complex patient population (renal, cardiac, neuro, bariatric, critical stroke, multi‑system failure, and opioid withdrawal support).

- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA) or possess three years of related professional nursing experience
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in Indiana under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient RN experience required
Location:

Salary: $35,000‑$46,000 annually (est. part‑time)
