DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. In this role, you'll provide life‑saving care to patients with end‑stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. No dialysis experience required—just a commitment to compassionate, high‑quality care.

• No dialysis experience required; we will train.
• Paid on‑the‑job training available for the first 10 weeks.
• Float to various clinics on an as‑needed basis.
• Must be comfortable working 3–4 days per week, 10–14 hours per shift; no on‑call required.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse.
• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); a three‑year diploma from an accredited program may be substituted for a nursing degree.
• Previous ICU, CCU, ER, MSU, or dialysis experience is a plus.

• Build long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an outpatient setting.
• Be part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
• Deliver care to patients often dealing with multiple comorbidities requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills.
• Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct observations, measure stats, and set up machines.
• Work with your head, heart, and hands each day in a fast‑paced environment.
