The RN will work in the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Clinic and Infusion Center, developing clinical expertise, engaging in multidisciplinary teamwork, and having opportunities for progress and leadership.

• Critical thinking in a fast‑paced environment
• Ambulatory experience
• Infusion experience
• Central line access and maintenance, PIVs, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood product, and medication administration
• Training on hypersensitivity reaction
• Patient advocacy
• Flexibility and adaptability

• APHON chemotherapy/biotherapy certified nurses
• Team of highly dedicated nurses and medical assistants

• Clinical nurse participates in decision‑making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary team
• Work directly with oncology trained pharmacists on site infusion area
• Encourage nurse‑led governance councils
• Multiple coaches available for training
• Potential to move into a leadership position

• Associate of Nursing (ASN) required;
  Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Valid Indiana RN license
• RN must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program
• Exception: candidates without such graduation may be considered if they have more than two years of acute care experience (subject to review by the Chief Nursing Officer)
• Basic Life Support certification (AHA)
• Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty
