Must have previous painting and drywall experience. Must be able to travel to multiple sites within the Central West Indianapolis region.
The Regional Painter/Drywall Specialist is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and visually appealing living environment for residents, staff, and the public across assigned communities.

- Prior maintenance experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
