Lead With PurposeOutfield Healthcare Partners is seeking an experienced, motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help oversee clinical operations and support high-quality resident care in our skilled nursing facility.
What You’ll DoSupport the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations
Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to nursing staff
Ensure compliance with care standards, policies, and regulations
Assist with assessments, care planning, and resident reviews
Participate in admissions decisions and interdisciplinary meetings
Step into DON responsibilities when needed
Active RN license (Indiana)
ASN or BSN required
5+ years long-term care or acute experience preferred
2+ years nursing supervisory or leadership experience required
