Community Outreach Representative – Entry-Level

We are seeking an enthusiastic Community Outreach Representative to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will be the face of our organization in the community, helping to promote events, build relationships, and support fundraising initiatives. • Represent the company at community events, fairs, and promotional activities.
• Engage with local organizations, businesses, and residents to promote events and fundraising campaigns.
• Assist in organizing and staffing events, including setup, registration, and volunteer coordination.
• Help manage and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and volunteers.
• Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions to grow participation and support.
• Track outreach efforts, collect feedback, and report results to the management team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative outreach strategies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service, event promotion, or volunteer coordination is a plus but not required.
