Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a marketing assistant who is passionate about content creation and social media. Under the supervision of the Marketing Coordinator, you will help grow our brand by creating engaging content, designing visuals that reflect our brand identity, and supporting the management of newsletters and our website. If you have a great eye for design, a creative spark, and a passion for all things digital, we want to meet you!

• Produce, film, and edit photo and video content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In).
• Identify trends, propose creative ideas, and proactively initiate content.
• Plan and execute the content calendar in collaboration with the marketing coordinator, respecting deadlines.
• Ensure quick and professional management of comments and messages.

• Set up newsletters and email campaigns according to the established schedule.
• Write blog posts and newsletters optimized for engagement and conversion.
• Compile and analyze monthly marketing statistics

• Create visuals with Photoshop and Canva according to brand guidelines.
• Add product descriptions and content to the website.
• Assist during photo shoots and create complementary content.

• Prepare promotional materials for events and collaborations.
• Participate in the preparation of photo shoots, markets, and events.
• Support the marketing coordinator in various projects.

Any other tasks or responsibilities required to help the department achieve its objectives

• DEC or certificate in marketing, communications or related field
• Proficiency in creative software (Photoshop, Canva)
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and French (written and oral)
• 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing, with particular emphasis on content creation.
• Basic skills in photography and video editing
• Proficiency in content marketing tools and platforms.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Knowledge of Klaviyo

• Developed creative sense with an excellent eye for design and the ability to identify trends
