The RoleThe Client Account Coordinator is central to how MKC delivers work and builds trust.
You will:
Client & Relationship Management- Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients
- Lead check-ins and keep agendas focused
- Track action items and follow through
- Anticipate needs before they become problems
- Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across email, social, web, digital, and print
- Manage timelines and approvals inside Click Up
- Keep internal teammates and external vendors aligned
- Drive projects from concept to launch to completion
- Write and edit marketing copy including emails, captions, landing pages, and campaign messaging
- Ensure brand voice and strategic alignment
- Support editorial planning when needed
- Review deliverables for accuracy and consistency
- Finalize links, formatting, specs, and calls to action
- Confirm projects are truly complete, not “almost done”
- Maintain clean, accurate Click Up boards
- Clarify owners and deadlines
- Help improve workflows and documentation
- Bring order without slowing momentum
- 2 to 5 years in marketing or project coordination, client services, or agency environments
- Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously
- Strong writing skills
- Comfort with project management tools, Click Up preferred
- Demonstrated follow-through
- Naturally organized and execution-focused
- Independent and comfortable taking ownership
- Confident following up
- Adaptable in a growing environment
- Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented
- Energized by finishing what you start
Hybrid role based in Memphis. Three days per week in-office.
Full-time preferred.
However, if you are an exceptionally efficient professional who can deliver full-time impact in 30 hours per week while maintaining family flexibility, we are open to being astounded.
