We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This unique position combines marketing expertise with key office and clerical responsibilities. The successful candidate will support the company’s growth through digital marketing initiatives while also serving as the main point of contact for visitors, callers, and daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities Marketing- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
- Assist in content creation and scheduling of digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and e-newsletters.
- Update and maintain marketing collateral, spec sheets, and product price lists using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
- Maintain the company website using basic Word Press skills (uploading photos, blogs, product updates, and other content updates).
- Capture analytical data from website, social media, and other digital campigns.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
- Assist in developing new marketing materials such as tradeshow materials, banners, brochures, or booklets.
- Serve as the main point of contact to answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
- Greet visitors and clients at the front door, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Manage incoming deliveries and outgoing mail.
- Keep the conference room clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Maintain and organize the design library for easy access and reference.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and email maketing platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Word Press for website management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to balance marketing and office support duties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and positive demeanor and ability to interact effectively with visitors, clints, and team members.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Word Press for digital content updates.
- Familiarity with data analytics for web and campaign performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-pace, collaborative environment.
- Previous experience or knowledge in the furniture industry a bonus.
