Drive measurable revenue growth through data-driven marketing campaigns that directly support our sales team's success.
YOU'LL OWN Revenue-Focused Campaigns (60% of role)- Design and execute marketing campaigns with clear ROI targets
- Track cost per lead, conversion rates, and revenue attribution
- Partner with sales to create campaigns that fill their pipeline
- Kill campaigns that don't perform, scale ones that do
- Build dashboards showing marketing's impact on revenue
- Present monthly ROI reports to leadership
- Work with finance to understand customer acquisition costs
- Make data-driven recommendations for budget allocation
- Create tools that help sales close deals faster
- Develop case studies and ROI calculators
- Manage website and digital assets for lead generation
- Coordinate with sales on messaging that converts
- Month 1:
Audit current marketing spend and ROI - Month 3:
Launch first data-driven campaign with measurable results - Month 6:
Marketing contributes 30% of qualified leads - Year 1:
Reduce cost per acquisition by 25%
- 3-7 years B2B marketing experience
- Proven track record of measuring marketing ROI
- Excel/analytics skills (you’re not afraid of spreadsheets)
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation
- Ability to translate data into decisions
- Staffing industry knowledge
- Knowledge of marketing tools with ability to recommend best apps to use for company.
- Numbers excite you as much(or more) as creative awards
- You think in terms of pipeline and revenue, not just impressions
- You'd rather kill a pretty campaign that doesn't convert
- You see marketing as a profit center, not a cost center
- A traditional "brand" marketer
