We are seeking a
** Digital Growth Associate**.The Digital Growth Associate works within a CLA region to identify and qualify potential opportunities for CLA digital products and services, as well as other seamless opportunities within CLA.As a Digital Growth Associate, you will provide support to clients for existing office technologies, communication, and software services, and/or security assessments. The Digital Growth Associate would successfully identify and troubleshoot problems, effectively communicate when completing all tasks and the ability to diagnose common issues and apply knowledge appropriately.
** PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Manage a database of prospective clients, nurture prospective client relationships and follow up with all prospects.
* Aggressively research, identify, contact and qualify leads.
* Continuously build and maintain robust pipeline and opportunities.
* Work with CLA offices and personnel to develop, assist and execute Business Development events and activities.
* Work with CLA Senior sales personnel on opportunities in various parts of sales process.
* Lead territory research and development strategy.
* Define and measure event success metrics to increase pipeline growth and lead generation.
* Maintain marketing performance recap, event briefs, event plan, post event notes and metrics.
* Create and maintain event folders and reports.
** MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
*** Bachelor’s degree or working towards a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Communication or related field.

* Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to learn new technologies
* Accounting experience, a plus, but not required.
* Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites.
