The Specialist, Field Marketing works with the Manager, Field Marketing to develop and execute field marketing support within their region. They demonstrate extreme ownership and accountability over their area, executing strategies and delivering results. As a key member of the team, they support the growth and success of retail stores through various marketing initiatives.

• Develop and measure marketing plans that support sales objectives, Serve local events, community events, and experiential activations within the designated region.
• Study local markets, create regional playbooks, and conduct competitive shopping research to stay up‑to‑date on trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Plan and ensure flawless execution of all field marketing initiatives.
• Manage local marketing budgets and timelines.
• Monitor and analyze initiative performance, reporting results to the management team.

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing (Required).

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience (Required).
