• Implement strategic marketing initiatives to enhance awareness and engagement.
• Manage and create content for social media platforms, website, email campaigns, and printed materials.
• Oversee branding consistency across all communications and promotional materials.
• Work closely with the Programs team to promote events.
• Develop relationships with media outlets to increase press coverage of programs and events.
• Assist with special events, including the annual Gala and community outreach activities.
• Capture and curate photography and videography content that highlights camp experiences and impact.
• Maintain and update the organization’s website with relevant and engaging content.
• Collaborate with the Happy Hollow team to ensure marketing initiatives align with the organization’s mission and goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, social media management, or communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills for various types of content.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, including email platforms, social media scheduling tools, and website management (Flo Desk, Squarespace, or similar).
• Graphic design experience is a plus (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for youth development, outdoor education, and nonprofit work.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends for events and community outreach.
• Must pass a federal, state, and National Sex Offender background check.

• The Happy Hollow Marketing Coordinator position is a 1200-hour role from September 28, 2025, to August 31, 2026.
• Reporting to the Director of Mission Advancement, this person will join a small team to aid with the creation and implementation of marketing efforts, across all channels.
• The position will focus on digital marketing and outreach efforts to engage campers and parents throughout the year.
