Production Supervisor - Industrial Manufacturing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes and MRP/ERP systems
