. We are seeking a Fabrication Shop Foreman for our Indianapolis, IN location.

Skills:
3 to 5 years of fabrication and foreman experience is preferred.
Good leadership, training and organizational skills.
Ability to read and do structural layout from blueprints.
Good welding and oxygen/acetylene cutting skills.
Rigging skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:- Lead and train a 4–6-man team of fabricators.
- Lead team to meet daily production goals.
- Lead and train team on fabrication layout from blueprints.
- Must be able to work overtime to meet production deadlines when needed.
- Oversee and train proper rigging and loading operations.
- Observe all safety procedures to ensure that fabrication team uses proper personal protective equipment related to their job duties.
Preferred minimum level of education/experience:
High School Diploma.
