JOB SUMMARY
TDM Farms, the hog production division of Hog Slat, Incorporated, is seeking a dynamic individual with previous Feed Mill experience, to fill the role of our Night Shift Feed Mill Supervisor (10p-10a). The primary responsibilities of this role will be to coordinate and manage the overall feed mill operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Learn to make the different formulas of feed that TDM distributes to local TDM farms.
- Maintaining the micro table and roller mill.
- Completing micro testing when needed.
- Transferring of corn
- Completing the feed and driver lineup
- Oversee 2 other nighttime employees.
The best candidates for the Nighttime Feed Mill Supervisor position at Hog Slat will have all the following previous experiences.
- Ability to use critical thinking and judgment skills to reach the best possible solution to a problem
- Demonstrate experience or desire to facilitate, encourage, coach and lead a team to reach set goals
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
- Supervisor experience
- Able to work holidays & weekends when needed.
