Production Manager
Trillium Staffing is seeking an experienced, self-driven, and motivated Production Supervisor on behalf of our client in Bristol IN.
This direct hire role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to driving team success, improving processes, and maintaining high standards in safety and quality. Hours 5am - 1:30pm. Salary Range - $64/k - $70/k.
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading, managing, and motivating team members to ensure daily operational success. This role includes overseeing performance, identifying process improvements, and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Set clear team goals and hold team members accountable
- Delegate tasks, set deadlines, and manage daily team operations
- Maintain a healthy, motivating, and high-performing work environment
- Ensure exceptional safety, quality, and environmental compliance
- Monitor team performance and report on key metrics
- Motivate, coach, and support team members; identify training needs
- Listen to feedback and resolve issues or conflicts
- Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines and quality expectations
- Support material flow and inventory initiatives
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Understand basic financials, budgets, COGS, and variance management
- Develop a strong understanding of product builds and performance
- Demonstrate and uphold the company’s culture: service-oriented, competitive, humble, ethical, profitable, aggressive, and team-focused

- 2–3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
- 2–3 years of manufacturing experience with a focus on continuous improvement
- Must have experience in large assembly such as trailers, boats, cars, etc.
- Technical experience in electrical, plumbing, and/or carpentry highly preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills
