Results-driven Fabrication Plant Manager with over 10 years of experience in fabrication management and estimating. Proven leader with strong operational expertise, process improvement skills, and a deep understanding of production scheduling, quality control, and plant administration. Experienced in overseeing teams, maintaining compliance standards, integrating advanced tooling technologies, and optimizing facility layouts for efficiency and growth

• Directly lead Shop Foreman and six Welding Technicians
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Oversee all production and scheduling activities to ensure on-time project delivery
• Maintain daily communication with Shop Foreman to align workflow and priorities
• Supervise quality control processes in coordination with Shop Foreman
• Lead plant hiring initiatives, including recruitment and onboarding of skilled personnel
• Maintain AISC certification compliance and documentation

• Develop and implement new estimating processes for fabrication projects to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Lead integration of software systems for robotic tooling operations
• Design and oversee production layout for development of new facility
• Track work hours against budget to ensure cost control and operational efficiency
• Manage purchasing of steel materials and vendor relationships
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding production status, budgets, and operational updates
