Our client, a leading company in the poultry industry, is seeking a Growout Supervisor to oversee live production operations at contracted poultry farms. The Growout Supervisor will ensure animal health, growout performance, and production targets are achieved while maintaining compliance with biosecurity, animal welfare, and food safety standards. This role requires hands‑on leadership, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to support growers and company production goals.

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and detail‑oriented Permanent Growout Supervisor to join our team within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in poultry experience, particularly in overseeing the growth and development of poultry. This is a unique opportunity to apply your skills in a role that combines management with hands‑on work and requires a deep understanding of processing plant operations and testing procedures.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a poultry processing plant.
- Proven experience with testing procedures and quality control in a poultry environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
- A deep understanding of poultry growth and development processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for record keeping and reporting.
- A degree in a related field would be advantageous but is not essential.
